社會公益與綠色回饋 Social Benefit and Green Feedback

公司秉持『取之於社會，用之於社會』的理念，長久以來積極投入兒童、教育及、災害急難捐贈、家扶團體等公益行列，如在加油站設置資源回收桶推動綠色環保，捐發票友愛社區回收碳粉匣、廢手機、寶特瓶等，降低土地的汙染。另外定期參與集團舉辦之社區『跳蚤市場』，將義賣所得捐出做公益，為社區、家庭點亮一盞盞溫暖的明燈。

公司除鼓勵員工自發性的參與社會志工服務外，用人方面更進用遠超過標準名額的原住民同仁，呈現族群融合的友善職場。在環境保護方面公司，更持續採購抑制二氧化碳(CO2)排放的環保車輛，以「服務人群、珍愛地球的心」，用行動來善盡企業社會責任。

Shan-Loong Transportation adheres to the principle of “take from society, give back to society”, and has a long record of supporting children and families, education, disaster re-lief donations, and other similar programs, such as placing recycling bins at each of our fueling stations to promote a greener environment, donating receipt proceeds, showing love to communities, and recycling toner cartridges, used cell phones and plastic bottles to reduce ground pollution. Shan-Loong Transportation also periodically holds community flea markets, and uses the proceeds for charity, raising a warm, bright lamp over society and the home.

In addition to encouraging staff to take initiative in volunteering, Shan-Loong Transporta-tion employs an above average number of Taiwanese aboriginals, showcasing a friendly workplace of inter-ethnic mixing. Shan-Loong Transportation has also taken steps to protect the environment, such as continuing to purchase vehicles with CO2 emission suppressors, using actions to perfect corporate social responsibility, with a heart of “serving the whole, and cherishing the Earth”.
