To continually improve training quality, we have introduced TTQS (Taiwan Training Quality System), for which we have received a TTQS Silver Medal affirming our successes. With our company’s rapid development, services have continued to expand, and the rate of increase in employee demand already greatly exceeds past amounts. To accommodate these needs, Shan-Loong Transportation has implemented mobile management, honing in on and solving problems, and cultivated its troops, sending HR to personally experience each case’s promotion and improvement process, thereby improving our department’s coordination and our growth of personal experience.
